Make yourself at home in our fully furnished, private One Bedroom apartment. The apartment has side entrance door, room for one car in the driveway. One bedroom with a comfy new queen-sized bed, and a large TV. Ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, toilet, and sink, and all towels and linens are included. A beautiful working office space with a desk, chair and plenty of room for working, studying, etc. A large kitchen with all the comforts of home.
The space
This beautiful one bedroom apartment is extremely comfortable and has a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom, with a fully functioning office for any type of work from home remotely requirements, studying, or just a quiet time reading. Also, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a very large kitchen counter island you’ll find all of your necessary cooking Tools, pots pans, coffee maker, toaster, oven/air fryer, rice cooker, Insta pot. Forks, knives, and spoons plates, cups, etc.

There’s also a very cozy living room area with a very large TV for watching movies, general TV, relaxing, and reading.

You also have access to the back deck, which is private and has nice outdoor couches, outdoor dining table, Beautiful backyard, and we back up to woods on two sides with only one neighbor to the left of us.

There’s also a large, shared laundry Washers, and dryer’s, provided laundry detergent and fabric softener fabric softener sheets.

In the laundry room is a refrigerator that is used for the owner only so we do keep that locked at all times until we return to the property

There is also video Surveillance of the outside ONLY of the property for guests to feel comfortable and safe. We also have a 24 x 7 alarm monitoring system through ADT. We provide guest, so the key fob in order to operate the alarm appropriately.

The apartment also has keyless entry and we will provide you with an entry code upon your day in time.
