Highly recommend.
Flew into Medford late. Was picked up by a very nice young man. The bed was very comfortable so slept well. The room was comfortable and clean. The decor was appealing in the rom and throughout. The desk clerk was nice and helpful at check-in and the manager was very personable - enjoyed our visit with her. All in all, it was a very nice stay.

While the property and room were well cared for, the room smelled like a deodorant was used to cover the smell of smoke. It was very offensive.

Got there and rudely sent away very quickly and casually when told because we lived here locally 6 months prior we weren’t allowed to stay there. We had a tremendous weekend planned which this abrupt change destroyed. Unprofessional

I would never stay at this hotel ever! The pictures online are definitely wrong and deceptive. I left this place knowing I probably wouldn’t get a refund. It’s way outdated and dark with a smoker smell. Felt dirty and I didn’t touch anything to find out exactly how dirty it was even though I’d been driving for 7 hours and tired.

Efficient check-in. Friendly staff. But the room smelled for like An air freshener was used to cover up a possible pet malfunction. Inquired at the front desk as to what air freshener was used, the staff indicated that it was all the same in every room. After opening the windows and turning the AC fan on high and waiting 15 minutes, the room still smelled particularly at the entrance. . After I asked if I could go into another room, The staff at the front desk was accommodating to allow me access to an adjacent room, which smelt OK. I moved all my belongings there and spent the night with no issue. Stairs were very steep and not standard rise over run. Signage indicated to use the handrail.

property was old and dirty . the staff was not knowledgeable on what there job was. Had heavy luggage and could not get help to get it to the 2nd floor. food for breakfast was not well prepared and looked dehydrated and not tasty at all. the room was not cleaned one day and had to tell them so. left one day early and they would not refund my the cost of the room. said it was the online company's job to do that. I had to spend hours to get the refund. real bad experience.
