Unsafe Parking and Lack of Professionalism
I stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Medford Airport and am deeply disappointed with their lack of professionalism in handling an issue that arose during my stay. After checking out, I discovered significant damage to my car. I immediately reported the damage to the hotel and requested assistance. I was informed that they would check the security cameras, but I have not received any response or help from hotel management for a month. I am now facing an unexpected expense of $800 for car repairs, which is distressing and has left me feeling frustrated. Please avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want a nightmare experience!!!

This property appears to be brand new. It is just a few minutes from the airport by shuttle. The exercise room is very well equipped with a variety of machines, weights, kettle balls, yoga mats, etc. Staff is courteous. Breakfast offerings are the usual fare; the coffee is good.

The property was nice. It was clean, the staff was pleasant, it was right next to the airport, and the daily breakfast was excellent! What I did not appreciate was that there was no safe in the room or at the hotel desk, no lock on the bathroom door, and the air conditioner was too close to one of the beds, making it uncomfortable for sleeping!
