We were traveling with a dog (listing showed pet friendly). When we arrived we were told no dogs. They did honor our reservation but said they wouldn't be allowing the in the future.
Bright lights from the exterior lights shined into the room all night. The lights are great for safety to get to/from your vehicle but they may want to install some better blinds so guests can sleep.
It was close enough to shopping/dining locations.
She said, "we don't take dogs, period!" With or without a service card! She asked if I had a dog before I told her also. I didn't stay because she wouldn't lay me and I paid online in advance.

The manager on duty (I didn’t get her name), was so sweet and genuine. She allowed me to check in early which was nice as I had been driving for a while.
Several homeless people loitering. The carpet looked filthy. The bathroom floor was slick and slippery with wet feet. The room was upstairs and fair from parking. The TV remote would not turn tv on/off. Had to do it manually. I will not be back.
Shower stall has painted over mildew. The fan in the bathroom was duct taped up. The carpets, window blinds and microwave was filthy and the white bedding was stained.
