We woke up to diesel truck that was running for 10 minutes at five in the morning and it’s exhaust pipe was facing our air conditioning. I’m surprised our CO2 alarm didn’t go off massive trucks. I that should not be allowed to park in front of bedrooms that they don’t belong to.

The exterior is a bit off putting but rooms were clean and well laid out, there was a leaking drain on the sink and mold on the wet drywall which I will report to reception when we checkout as we are only staying the one night. The noisy party neighbours were annoying as we had been travelling from Revelstoke heading east all day, perhaps not the hotels fault but not acceptable when you have a long journey ahead of you. Overall ok for a budget hotel, but won’t be staying again.

Was in Brooks for a wedding, had 3 rooms booked. Check-in was quick. Rooms were all great, clean. Fridge and microwave were handy. Would recommend and stay here again.

The rooms looked great. The room was extremely cold when I arrived. Checked the AC unit and found it set to 66 F. Then got woken up at 4 am to a bug in my bed. Not convinced i would stay again.

An older property being “refreshed”. Room was recently remodeled and very clean. Linens nice. Outside the roadways need some work but I think that is planned. A very good value for the money.
