Support staff was amazing but one specific reception staff was bit rude with attitude. Hotel is excellent with perfect location. No other issues. But this one person at reception made us feel uncomfortable and not welcomed

The location is ideal for female due closeness from female entrance to masjid, ideal for couples, the bath room sink was irritating due to its design

The beds r literally rt next to each other no space to breathe at all. Staff gave a hard time 😑😑😑. I called 100 times they didn’t answer. I messaged on what’s app they didn’t answer. The only good thing about this hotel is it’s rt in front of the womens gate and that’s it. The sinks were broken. The bathroom door was touching the sink. It was beyond my expectations. Wont be coming back for sure 😑😑😑

Location is everything
Stay was amazing, location is excellent, breakfast was great.Rooms are wee bit small. Also wish the removed the shutters from the window, to see the mosque clearly.

Location excellent specially for families as it is steps a way from women’s section. Room is clean and well furnished. Staff are good. Breakfast is poor but acceptable and they close exactly At 10 am. It is recommended.
