Where do I start?! Property is nothing like the pictures. The stuffs are amazing but the property condition and cleanliness is horrible!!! Everything is walking distance which is great. When I checked into my room it looked nothing like the picture the room was dirty, hair was on the floor and the bathroom towels were dirty!! Unacceptable! I wanted to get my refund and get another hotel that’s how bad the hotel was! I don’t recommend!!! Spend your money somewhere else.

This hotel is great for male pilgrims. It's really near with the the male section at the Prophet Mosque and near Raudhah as well. However, it's quite far from the women section at the Prophet Mosque.

Very near to the Prophet's Mossque. 4-minute walk from the hotel to the main gate. Prophet's Roza is also very near to this gate. Breakfast is very good. Staff is helpful and courteous. Carpets everywhere need to be replaced.

We like that the Hotel is located very near Masjid Al Nabawi. The rooms were clean, the staff at the reception were very nice and helpful, especially the staff from the restaurant Mr. Barkat Hussain and all the waiters were very attentive. We will recommend this Hotel to our friends and family.

Excellent location. Practically 3-5 minute walk to Masjid ul Nabwi. Added bonus is, there’s the “Creation Museum” right next to it with excellent exhibits and eye catching architecture. Also very good restaurants inside the museum building. Plenty of shopping options around. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. Carpet is a little worn out, that’s why I gave it a 4 star but all the other amenities and services from staff, housekeeping and front desk is top notch 5 star worthy. Loved the wudu sink in the bathroom. Fridge in the room is added bonus. A microwave would have made it perfect though. Highly recommend this hotel.
