Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. Overall fantastic stay and we are very grateful to the staff for all their care and attention, it really makes a huge difference!

Superb customer service, the entire staff is super friendly and helpful. The Chalets are updated, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. Very close to the Mont d'Arbois gondola. They have a free shuttle service into town, which came in very handy. Looking forward to my next visit. The only negative was the 3 pm check in.

Lovely Stay at Chalet du Mont d'Arbois again
Beautiful chalet with impeccable service, perfectly located for the ski lifts; just a short run into town (complimentary transfers provided). Stayed in a mountain-view room, lovely sizeable room with large bathroom with bath, only drawback was showerhead could only be attached to the wall at knee-height, so showering not possible.

Absolutely fabulous!
The hotel location, room, view, spa and service was top notch and I would stay here again in a minute! The only room for improvement was in the room temperature...we kept the window open to cool down what was a bit too cosy temperature and salt content in morning omletes, which was quickly fixed when we asked for no salt with the next order...small fixes for what was otherwise a flawless stay with a super friendly and accommodating staff at a beautiful hotel! We did see other posts which mentioned uptight staff, but the only uptight people we encountered were some guests...of which we did not fall so had a fabulous time!
