Boa localização, mas precisa de melhorias
A localização do apartamento é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos e transporte público. Contudo, a experiência deixou a desejar. O colchão era desconfortável, prejudicando o descanso. O apartamento estava visivelmente desgastado e necessitando de reparos, com móveis em más condições. A cozinha tinha poucos utensílios básicos, tornando difícil preparar refeições. Além disso, o ar condicionado não era suficiente para refrescar o ambiente adequadamente. Não havia itens de limpeza disponíveis, e a roupa de cama e banho também não estava em boas condições. Em resumo, o local tem potencial, mas precisa de melhorias significativas para proporcionar uma estadia mais confortável e satisfatória. Talvez seja uma boa opção para quem pretende passar o dia todo passeando e utilizar o espaço apenas para dormir.

Imovel precisando de muita manutencao
A localizacao é incrível, tem vaga na garagem, banho bom. Entretanto o imóvel precisa de pintura (infiltracoes, gesso quebrado), os colchoes de mola afundando em varios lugares, so 1 controle pros 2 splits (e tivemos q comprar pilha), nao tem copos (só 3 xícaras) e tv bem antiga, nao funcionou no 1o.dia... enfim, precisa de muita manutencao para oferecer uma estadia confortavel. O nosso foi o 503, com 2 quartos.

Não tem luxo, mas é pratico.
Ótima localização, perto da praia, mercadinhos, feirinha,supermercado, banco, etc. O flat não tinha luxo nenhum, porém fui bem recebido e a imobiliária resolveu qualquer problema que tive (nada que atrapalha-se a estadia). Recomendo e em breve espero retornar. Obs.: A área beira mar foi toda repaginada em janeiro/2022. Ficou exelente para caminhar.

Flat bom, porém na localização diz que tudo é próximo andando ... O mercado central não fica tão perto só dar p ir de carro ... Praia e bem próximo ... Achei que a localização do flat era bem esquésito a noite.
