Clean budget hotel with friendly staff. Next to Southern Cross station as an overnighter on our way to Ballarat getaway. Shower heads need fixing....cheap fixing meant shower hand held kept falling off. Need a nice hot shower at the end of the day, so a little off putting. Otherwise pretty good and will be back.

the staff were lovely and welcoming! located right in front of a tram stop, and it's in the free tram zone. easy access to the CBD. only issue is that once one of the beds were moved, we noticed nothing had been vaccumed underneath it. you also can't take a lift from ground floor to your room floor, you must go up a flight of stairs and THEN take a lift. this wasn't a problem for me, but if someone is in a wheelchair and/or movement impaired, it becomes inaccessible. other than this, a pleasant stay :)

Very convenient to Southern Cross Station which is diagonally across from it. It's locality allows easy access to free tram zone (CBD) or you can choose to walk. I liked the position so much I've booked again for my next visit to Melbourne.

Very accessible to EVERYTHING (trams, train station, eateries, supermarket, bars, museums, crown plaza...) & the staff were friendly & helpful. Amazing stay. The only setback are the stairs & no ramp from the guest lift to reception.

Great place to safely pass out asleep after a night at the footy and pubs before needing to head back home interstate the next day. Unfortunately had to deduct one star from overall cleanliness as I saw 3 Carlton supporters check in. Overall would definitely stay there again when heading down to watch Essendon lose another game!
