Our stay was really nice, the staff were really lovely and accomodating. Only had one slight issue with the door in the bathroom automatically locking from the inside. But aside from that the stay was perfect!

Danny's lost the plot
The hotel staff were great (at the start) and the apartment was in a great condition but the building manager Danny has lost the plot which made a great experience a terrible one as he lost the plot about my car that is 1.9m tall not meeting the max of 2.3m in the carpark which it clearly did. I was happy not to park in the carpark as I informed him if it would be an issue but he decided that wasn't good enough and started swearing his head off calling me a ****** idiot etc. He then decided that it would be a good idea to punch the tray of my ute as I was leaving which I'm sure would've came off worse for him then the ute but it did dent the tray. Not happy about this interaction and the apartment staff were not helpful in this regard providing his information for my insurance to chase up with him regarding the dented tray as he is obviously the building manager (Not Apartment manager) and they are scared to even stand up for their own customers to him. The apartment staff member saw the whole thing as well. Always run a 5 star review but this is the first time I've had to drop 1 star, wasn't a great way to end my trip to Melbourne at all.

I have rated the overall quite low as the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted and there were absolutely NO towels in the unit at all. I had to take off a pillowcase and use this after a shower.
