Came here for our anniversary, wanted something low-key and this was it ! We always stay at crown and decided for this special one ( we have a bubs on the way) that we wanted somewhere quiet. Radisson was a good experience , staff at reception were lovely and gave us each a free drinks Card. Added breakfast buffet to our stay and it was just as good as the recommendations. So many options.

On our first night of check-in, we explicitly informed the reception desk that we were expecting a delayed baggage to be delivered there during our stay, and the staff had acknowledged this. However, when the baggage was eventually delivered on our last full day there, the staff simply left it at reception and did not inform us at all, not even during our check-out the following day. We only found out the baggage was delivered when we went to check with the airline baggage service at the Melbourne airport, and as a result had to request assistance from the airline provider to collect the baggage from the hotel, and then fly it all the way to our hotel in Adelaide, a hotel which was proactive in sending the bag straight to our room upon receipt.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I found there was a lack of power outlets in the room but overall comfortable and clean. The spa was pretty under whelming and needs to be upgraded, the view though, was amazing.
