We made a noise complaint as other guests were having a loud party on their balcony at 3am and the staff at the hotel basically said too bad they paid for their room so they are entitled to party so not great if you’re staying their with a young family

I had great stay… the checkin staff were super lovely and polite. The room was comfortable, but dated. Furniture was chipped and the was a lack of PowerPoints in the room. I was (unpleasantly) surprised to see a pair of men’s underwear in the bin near the desk that were obviously missed when the room was being cleaned after the last guest…

Westin Melbourne is conveniently located close to main attractions in CBD and the porters/valet parking provided exceptional service while concierge were polite and professional. Hotel rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Note though they only have valet parking option here no self parking available anymore.

Luxury in the heart of CBD
Great place right in the heart of CBD (one or two blocks from main thoroughfare/Town Hall, Lune, Fed square etc right next to Moulin Rouge and Elvia shows. Great pool, sauna, steam and well equipped gym. Great room service but didn’t have BF or use restaurant as was at work meetings.

Excellent Hotel
This is my favourite hotel in Melbourne. I had a brilliant dinner in the restaurant last night. It has a fantastic gym and staff are always professional and helpful.
