Within 2min walking distance to Epworth hospital which was perfect for us. Absolutly beautiful rooms. Very clean & quiet with great access to all necessary ammenties. Highly reccommended.

Location excellent when attending Epworth Hospital. Feel very safe and tram stop very close. Room a little tired but very confortable and had everything we needed.

The room I had was really not that clean. All around the edge of the bath had mould in the chalking. The carpet was old and stained in a few places. The kettle had handprints all over it and looked filthy. Limited parking and not one word from the staff about where to park etc,. There was noisy people yelling out from the balcony near me. Not great. Didn’t think it was good value won’t stay there again

This property is well located, and considering it's location is fairly quiet. It's very close to all the hospitals within Richmond and East Melbourne. Definitely recommend staying here

Such a great convenient location with easy access to Epworth. The staff were lovely and accommodating in every way. Room was perfectly suitable with a sofa bed made up for my son. This is our third stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
