The location was great, within the free tram zone, Coles supermarket and Southern Cross railway station opposite, could not have been better. Very large rooms, including a fridge. Staff most accommodating with any requests.

Great hotel on Spencer Street when arriving from airport on Skybus at Southern Cross Train Station or driving as there is car parking available. Awesome location for transport, dining, shopping and Marvel Stadium. Friendly, helpful staff, modern, clean rooms and great facilities. Stayed before and will definitely stay again.

Very stuffy room with no window , couldn’t adjust the temperature settings … made for a few sleepless nights. But hotel is close to transport , shops and restaurant and marvel stadium . Friendly staff .

One of the Receptionists was rude when l spoke to them on the phone but checking in was fine. The room location is random as it does not have a window that shows outside so it constantly felt like night time. The shower was wheelchair accessible but the floor was incredibly slippery and dangerous. The bathroom is only stocked with bars of soap for body wash which is a little disappointing. The location is great. Overall it was an everage experience.

The room was comfortable as was the bed. But around 3.30am the air conditioner ducts kept cracking and making noises. Sounded like the building was going to fall. I eventually fell asleep. The exit gate was also broken so we had to share the entry gate which was very inconvenient and difficult to manoeuvre. Our stay was okay!

Good location. Staff are hit and miss about providing ID. I had to provide mine twice which was annoying (because I did a bag drop first). The lady next to me was checking in for both herself and her daughter, but her daughter was not required to provide ID as she wasn’t at the check in counter at the time. The staff member told the lady that he would just use hers instead! You either check ID’s or you don’t!.. very annoying when all others are being grilled! Also very annoying if you provide a digital credit card, then you are charged a $100 deposit! (which is supposed to be returned when you check out; it has been 4 days and mine hasn’t been returned). Staff then check your room if you provide digital ID (which can take some time)!!. What is the difference in cards in this digital world?.. You have all of your customer details anyway?.. why treat some like lepers? This motel is the only one that does this in Melbourne (in all the different ones that I have stayed at). Be consistent in how you treat your customers!
