Sensational apartment with stunning views. I was surprised to open the door to discover that instead of a stuffy box of a room I had been given an apartment with kitchen, lounge, and bathroom with laundry facilities - and views down to the bay. It was very clean and had everything needed for a yay. Great cafes directly opposite and trams and trains outside (and yes, they are loud at night if you overlook flinders/SpencerSt - and I was on the corner - but the views made up for it). Highly recommend.

Location and cleanliness of this property was really nice. I paid for the use of a parking spot which was handy although a bit terrifying to enter a car lift with centimetres of space on each side of the medium sized SUV. Still a nice spot with really nice views. Thanks!

Staff were amazing and our room was ready to check in early and view of city from our balcony room was so pretty at night and easy access to trams trains and walking distance to places of interest only negative was noisy trains but ear plugs sorted that out i would go back

My favourite place to stay in Melbourne's CBD! It's reliable, easy to get to, parking on-site, great staff and communication. I can do my washing, cook my own meals or eat out at the fabulous places just downstairs.
