Some good some not so good

Hotel has good features such as location and the fact that four people comfortably fit in one of their good larger rooms with a full kitchen included. Hotel has good washer and dryer in bottom floor as well. Hotel is clean and has a good location. However WiFi is terrible (1GB max per day and only 2 devices at a time), and there are street people in the surrounding area.

Convenient and clean

Very conveniently located to Flagstaff Hill. Room was clean large and easy. We did miss breakfast as the restaurant stopped at 9am. Easy walking into town to the restaurants.

Stayed for 4 nights and the hotel is in the perfect location! Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Only one lift in use for 4th floor and no stair access would be the only downside. Clean and comfortable room! Would definitely return to Batman’s on Collins in the future. Thank you.

Great location for us as opposite Southern Cross Station and the Airbus terminus. Also direct access to public transport. We received a free upgrade to a larger room that was an unexpected bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and the bag storage on early arrival and up to departure on the Airbus was greatly appreciated. No need to hire a car in Melbourne as everywhere in the city is accessible by public transport so a very environmentally friendly visit!

The room was beyond a set of stairs that we had to negotiate with large bags but staff assisted. The room was cupboard sized but clean and convenient. Not what I was expecting from a hotel of this standard but it did the job.
