I had a pleasant stay at Batman’s Hill on Collins. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Melbourne, making it easy to explore the city. Batman hill hotel was lovely old building to stay. With all the comforts of a modern hotel. Not far from spencer street DFO and skybus terminal and tram network which is very convenient.

Not 5 star but great location, good price.
Hotel was a good option for price and location for what we needed after a late flight into Melbourne. Just a short walk from the Skybus and 24 hr reception, the room was clean and enough space for us to just dump our cases and climb straight into bed. Bed was comfy, Bathroom was clean and shower ok. We were tucked away right down the end of the passage around the alcove which seemed a little dodgy at first but the room was ok. No view but we werent really in it long enough as out the next morning earlier than checkout for breakfast and a train. Would stay again for the right price as location is great when flying in late and catching the skybus.
