Hotel was clean, great location, kinda pricey for the shoebox size room. But place was clean, staff very friendly, especially cleaning staff for rooms. Bar and Restaurant in foyer called "Stubby's" was convenient very friendly staff, great chef, great food well priced, children friendly awesome! Only bad point was the size of the shower/bathroom/toilet arra and the terrible sliding door on the bathroom, that offered no privacy from family members. Also TV did not work and i couldnt even mirror my phone screen as it wasnt a smart TV. CMON GUYS!

Close to station and city centre. Small shoebox room but comfortable with good shower. Could do with some double glazing to dampen train noise which was noticeable but not too bad

Nince and affordable. The staff were great as well as the restaurant staff were brilliant! However, the beds were a bit uncomfortable and rooms need to be updated with new curtains and carpet , otherwise great stay 👍 😀 👌 😄

Extremely small room, noisy and very noisy dining room and bar with no seating for a meal so went elsewhere. This was the only hotel available on Saturday of Melbourne Cup weekend which I had to get family to the airport. Not my first choice. Helpful staff.

That location was perfect for me I was standing in the countryside in court the V line in and it dropped me off two blocked from the Best Western I couldn't have planned it any better I will return in the future

Great location close to Southern Cross and multiple tram lines. Right next to the Aquarium as well. Room was good enough for the price, however the hallway leading to the room smelled like dog. We were ground floor room 8.

Short comfortable and pleasant stay
Apart from the beeping smoke detector for every few seconds, the stay was comfortable and good. The front desk staff attend to the smoke alarm sound when approached and was told that it was due to low battery which he did changed it. But the smoke alarm has an irritating beep sound every one or two minutes which are loud and interrupted my sleep. Another plus point is the luggage storage facility which allow me to walk around the CBD for last minute shopping and lunch without lugging those luggage while waiting to pass for my evening flight

The room was perfectly adequate for a quick overnight stay. Spotlessly clean and quite spacious for what is described as a “shoe box”. Area leading to room was looking pretty tired and grubby but once in my room, it was clean, quiet and I felt safe. Great location, it met my needs.

The rooms were small and the bathroom was extremely small. If you were a large person you might have problems fitting through the shower door. Was an older property and needs some updating and fixing. train tracks run by the hotel and are loud.
