I had an excellent stay! The hotel is incredibly convenient, being super close to the airport. The shuttle service was prompt and reliable every time, making my travels stress-free. Most of all the staff couldn't be more hospitable & friendly. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a smooth and hassle-free airport stay!

Disappointing service and general quality
Having stayed frequently for a few years now and have recommended to many people who have stayed I was extremely insulted snd confused when checking in as usual when the lady very kindly rude said I must pay cash only deposit ( I have rarely paid this deposit as I am there often) and was not mentioned n my booking confirmation but then proceeded to tell me they have had issues with me in the past and mentioned one point only which was they had to wake us after our checkout time four years prior!!! Mind you it was new years and I asked for a late check out and always leave the room clean and strip the beds and empty bins before I check out early most times. The room doors don’t close properly and don’t have proper locks and the rooms and basic amenities are very old and run down considering the amount of guests they get now from the surf complex opposite you would expect them to upgrade the rooms and staff training also etc. has made me reconsider my future stays and recommendations which is a shame. They are charging white high considering how outdated and basic it is. Disappointed after being a regular guest.

We liked being away from the airport. We liked the free shuttle service to & from the airport. The rooms and facilities are basic but certainly suitable for a one or two night stay. There are no shops nearby - a disadvantage/inconvenient for some. The members of staff are helpful.
