Overnight stay flying internationally
Another excellent stay at Ciloms. I now use them over other hotels i used to use as I find better value for money. Free airport transfers, friendly staff, onsite restaurant, clean, comfy bed, spacious rooms. Never had an issue with noise.

The staff was very helpful and provided us with toothbrush and toothpaste. The shower was amazing. Room with fridge and microwave is absolutely perfect for family travel and very convenient. 5/5, 10/10 service. Thank you for the amazing stay and first experience 💓

Great location and affordable for a sleep with an early flight. The property needs lots of work mainly exterior pain and upkeep. The bed was great as was the renovated bathroom, it is just very tired as are some of the staff they seemed like they were just going through the motions. The shuttle driver was great I had a 4.30am ride and was the only staff member in our short stay that engaged.

The Shuttle service is excellent. On arrival I thought we were staying in a relatively nice hotel but as we moved through the hall we could see that this is an old place that needs some updating. Our room was small, the shower had mold and I am pretty sure the insect bites on my body are from bed bugs. Unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel.

I had a shower after arrival.. grabbed a towel and started to dry myself before realising the towel was dirty and was covered in someone else’s blood smears and other bodily fluids. I contacted reception who weren’t apologetic and wouldn’t assist to clean the bathroom bench that the towel has been on. They eventually sent a staff member to investigate - they went the bus driver!!!! The bus driver confirmed as I had stated the towel had blood on it. I was told no house keeping could assist with cleaning and was told to just have take fresh towels. Would never recommend this place to anyone and want a refund. Disgusting.
