All The Convenience
The stay was easy. It wasn’t anything flash but it was clean with a big bathroom and a queen sized bed, pillows could have been better but that’s not that different to most places. The location was super convenient right next to a convenience store and McDonalds. It was also with a 2 minute walk of Flinders Street Station and about a minute from the nearest tram on Collins Street and 2-3 minutes to Bourke Street. Access was easy, even after arriving after the reception was closed as the hotel gave me very clear instructions on how to enter the property and get my keys from the safe. If you just want a room to stay in and a good sized bathroom in an extremely convenient location, this is the place.

Easy quick check-in. Room smaller than we thought it would be. Not a queen bed, pillows are flat should have another 2 in the room, needs a good clean and lot of work to make it better.

Bathroom had mould on roof, room wasn’t anything like the picture, bed was on wheels that didn’t lock so kept moving, cigarette butts in the hallway, very noisy due to night works. Could have atleast warned us about that night works.

Didnt stay, went elsewhere
Didnt stay, had to find somewhere else, seemed that there were bed bugs. Itchiness started within an hour of arriving, reception was unattended from before 6pm, no one to talk to about the issue so we left.

The state of the room was disgusting, hadn’t been cleaned well. The bathroom was worse, the bath/shower had not been cleaned with yellow dribble marks in it. Lots of mould and the bathroom cabinet was disintegrating at the base. The air conditioner was broken and from the 80’s. Needs a massive upgrade. I have never been happier to leave a place, still feel grimy.

Bathroom has been updated. having a toaster and microwave was good. Furniture and tv need updating. Finding a working power point was a challenge. However given the price it was more than adequate for an overnight stay in the centre of Melbourne.

Nothing was unique about this place it's filthy should be shut down for reservations before actually being able to open again,it's been a week since I stayed I'm still feeling heavy from the moldy room
