Good value for money overall but did have few few inconveniences. -Very less parking options with 2 parking bays on the side which are permit zone so you have to park on main street which is hard during the day. -HVAC unit was pretty loud when heater on and was hard to fall asleep. -Soap holder in shower was pretty sharp and ended up cutting my skin while taking shower.

Highly recommend this hotel - especially for those using MSAC! So convenient for my daughter’s swimming competitions. The room was spotless, comfortable & secure and staff were very friendly.

It was such a pleasure staying here, Paul and the rest of the staff went out of there way to cater for us while we were there. The room was great, for us the bed was comfortable, easy check in, parking right next to the hotel. The bar was amazing, great relaxing atmosphere, and we had a great time with the bar staff, they were awesome. We will definitely be staying here again, extremely happy.

This is a great little hotel. It has everything you need. Bed was really comfortable!! Mini-bar, tea & coffee, fridge. Complementary drink (a good quality wine), bar / eatery downstairs. There’s not a lot around this area other than the STH Melb market but trams are right at your doorstep so getting to the CBD is easy
