Perfect stay in Melbourne. Friendliest staff I've encountered throughout my time traveling. Location is great with lots of good food places around, a 5 minute walk to the train station and a 20 minute commute to the Olympic park (great for us as we came to see a concert). The rooms are cosy and have a well stocked kitchen. I know where I'll be staying next time I'm in Melbourne :))

Davis Avenue Apartments offer comfortable, sleek and roomy accommodation for those wanting a base for Sth Yarra shopping - or to travel further. Neat and tidy and loved the Gumby wallpaper. Older apartment but nicely presented with modern touches. Very helpful reception and great communication. Would recommend to anyone that wants an apartment off the main road but close to great cafes, bars and shopping.
