Power point for Air Con was not working - luckily we had an extension lead (we brought with us) and were able to plug into another point, otherwise it would have been unbearably hot. Check-in and check-out were very easy and quick. Water was pouring into the atrium outside our door, it was very noisy most of the night, however we slept OK as the bed was great.

Often stay here, only minor changes i would do on ground level rooms is put a blind that covers doors, as the room i was in , 113, bed was facing door and was annoying all night with outside lights.

We stayed five nights at this property. The room was adequate, not tiny but adequate. There was no view, but we made do. It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit on for both of us, whereas we only had one quite stained upright dining room type chair. If you want biscuits with your tea or coffee, you will need to bring your own. Also, you may want to bring things like body lotion and shower gel as the toiletries supplied are minimal. There is also not much shelf space in the bathroom. Overall it was adequate with an onsite restaurant that offers happy hour every evening. The location was great, very walkable to a number of attractions and the free city loop tram. Also not far from Bourke Street Mall.

Hotel is close to public transport. Room was quiet and had all the facilities I needed. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. Smoking room was secure. Price was good. The only negative was waiting for the lift when the cleaning staff held it open for ages in the basement when I was waiting on the ground level. I would definitely stay there again
