Unusally Disappointed
We usually stay at this hotel everytime we come to town. This time we were unusually disappointed. Our room, 321, had ZERO hot water in the shower. And that was a huge problem as it was 40 degrees outside and i have 3 children, two of them infants. They also changed the layout of the room so the TV was to the side of the bed intead of infront. It was just strange. The breakfast also wasnt up to par like it usually is. Very disappointing this time.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection and there was always coffee/tea in the lobby. Since we visited during Christmas, they had a hot chocolate area which was rather cute. My only thing I wasn't happy with... the shower could be replaced, and the water pressure was awful. Decided not to condition my hair because it took forever to rinse the shampoo out. Quick side note: the Bob Evans was all boarded up. It was a quick walk.

Wonderful Place to stay!
I always enjoy staying here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Toy that works the breakfast bar is wonderful! You are so lucky to have a dedicated, friendly, helpful employee like her! She went above and beyond! The room was clean and so comfortable and quiet! Thank you all!

Ice machine on our floor out of order. Bath tub had jets, but tub so worn appeared dirty and did not want to use. Not worth the $ and the extra $75 for a pet is not worth it. The Hampton’s have gone down hill. Think I’ll shop around next tome.

Bad news Hampton viera
Bathroom, especially dirty paint dirt grime on the floor. The corner is under the sink left over debris and dirt. Sink top needs caulking in the shower the shower rod where there are attached to the wall they broke the tiles and left it that way. The base of the tub dirt. The door handle doesn’t respond back to its resting position. When you close the door, you have to lift the handle back into position. The tile just to the right front of the toilet is high so you can feel the difference if you’re walking in socks or barefoot in the room, the shade is torn on the left side bottom and the metal rod that is stitched into. It is hanging out about four or 5 inches and doesn’t allow the shade to raise more than 2 feet off of the cell.
