The service is horrendous. Turned up and they didn't have my booking. Once that was sorted I waited over an hour for some arancini balls. This isn't my first stay here and something similar happened previously. When I asked for a copy of my invoice the person behind the counter said that I didn't get one because I didn't ask. I directed him to the sign on the desk that says an invoice would be emailed as part of the check out process. I will not stay here again.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay. Centrally located to where we were going, making it easy to walk everywhere. Price is great with an excellent breakfast included. Only down side: Internet is very slow and bathroom doors close with a bang.

By far the property is clean, quiet with spacious room. Delicious breakfast is a plus. Reception is on level 7. Unless you enjoy walking, the property is quite far from central station.

Pleasant surprise.
Couldn't have been more surprised by how close we were to everything in the city.So central for our needs.25 min walk to Marvel Stadium ,5minutes and your on southbank. From our arrival to checking in ,staff were very friendly,our room was very clean,everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was more than adequate and again, the staff said good morning ,as they cleaned fresh tables for you to enjoy your breakfast.Car parking was easy and we look forward to booking again.

Slow and poor service.
I've stayed many times at this hotel, and other Holiday Inn hotels in Australian and overseas, but this was easily the worst check-in experience - more than 20 minutes of waiting. Ignored the pre-booked parking as part of the booking and made us book via a QR code on the counter. Then when we returned from dinner it took 20 minutes to get into the room because the lifts were barely operating. No answer of the phone or the call button downstairs.

stood on a metal clip on the carpet which was obviously not cleaned very well. Glasses in the room were dirty and there was only 2 coffee sachets. No stocked mini bar and the person in the room next door was still watching his loud tv at 2.30am. Breakfast was good, coffee there was excellent
