A little hard to find from the street. Really nice staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Didn't have any face washers which I always use. Would definitely go back. Price was good too.

Room was very tired and in desperate need of renovation. Very different to the photos I reviewed on booking. Half the lights in the room were out, and the rooms were all dimly lit. Close to zero natural light. The bed was extremely saggy and uncomfortable. Location is very convenient though.

I had a very pleasant experience staying here, reception staff were great and friendly and catered for our needs. The only issue was that some of the floor tiles in the shower were lifting and grout was missing, as owning a hardware store was concerned about water leaking through them. Other than that I had a great time

We love Hotel Collins. It’s our go to when we visit Melbourne with our 3 children. The apartment is spacious, clean, easily accessible and so close to everything. The kitchen is so handy for meals and early morning coffee. The staff are super helpful. We will be back.
