Inner rooms have windows onto a light well , with no light. The room was quiet but about 9 pm a loud whirring sound stared, like giant fan. The loud noise continued late into the night.The staff where helpful, the location is good , bed linen good ,but rooms getting a little bit tired.Not sure I’d stay again Cheers

Overall good stay. Check in was really quick. Room and facilities are a bit dated but the room was nice comfortable and had everything I needed for a short stay. Surrounding area is good, close to Bourke Street mall, Flinders station and lots of things close by. Would recommend.

Need to rip up their carpet

The carpet was filthy and stained badly, looked like years of ground in grim. It smelt and as no window were able to be opened, unbearable snd we checked out. The bathroom wasn’t separated and only had a shower curtain to separate shower/basin and main room. The room was serviced and basin, toilet etc was clean. The floor made it not ok to walk without shoes. You do expect a budget hotel Not to obviously be five star however the standard of that carpet and the smell was atrocious.

Very convenient and central to the city. Close to rail services and dining options. Beds comfy. Shower nice and hot with good pressure. Quiet for a city room. Street lighting visible through solid curtains but not a problem for us.

Great location if you just need somewhere to lay your head. Would not recommend if you are sharing with someone you are not comfortable with seeing you naked, as there is no where private to shower and change. Beds were comfy.
