The reception staff were amazing and attentive to our individual needs. There were days when the room refresh was done later than ideal. I understand this isn't the norm and was probably a staffing issue, but we were in the room and didn't want to leave.

This is probably the best hotel if you need something central to just about everything. Everything is within walking distance which is great for those days when you plan to go out and do things. The hotel itself has maintained cleanliness, but does seem rather dull and gloomy in colour. There's very little to no natural light in rooms at all and the garage is very narrow with no lift access unfortunately. The biggest standout overall was probably the convenience of how close everything is; markets, cafes, shopping centre, maccas, metro store and more

The coffee&tea caddy needs to be flipped around so one can make a coffee wish the breakfast buffet had some gluten free options or soy milk maybe a PowerPoint right near the bedhead so one can charge their phone without being told i should bring an extenision cord and the carpet should be replaced my room had bulges underneath the carpet and what was the strong perfume smell in the lobby was overwhelming everytime i entered
