Very conveniently located to the airport, from which taking Skybus into Melbourne was very convenient. Minor issue at checkout with the bill, but it was resolved satisfactorily.

Convenient to airport, clean room
This hotel was convenient for my early morning flight. The room was basic, but clean. There is a kettle and instant coffee and tea provided. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, I found the room to be warm and the air conditioning did not work as I thought. This hotel advertises having air conditioning, which is true, but the temperature can only be set to a range of 21-24 C. I told the front desk staff that my room was warm and that it never reached my desired temperature, 20 C, they said that it was because the thermostat has a fixed range. I found this to be disappointing because air conditioning was important to me when looking for a hotel. I found myself sweating in the middle of the night. The windows cannot be opened to let more cool air in.

Off the plane and into the hotel!
Wonderful to have such a great hotel so close to the airport. It's a quick walk from terminal 4. The room was very comfortable and clean.

It’s good for one night but not for more days. Rooms are small, folks at reception are not helping. Anything you ask, they ask for money. It’s noisy as it literally on the airport. I would not stay here unless I’ve to catch an early morning flight and just stay for one night.

Although the hotel offers a shuttle service, it is an easy walk from any terminal. Check in was also easy. There are several dining options available. Room was surprisingly quiet considering the hotel is at the airport. Very competitive rate. Will use again.

Good for an early flight
The hotel was fit for purpose as we slept before a very early morning international flight. The room was not large but we didn’t spend much time there. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was quite average food.

We arrived from the UK very early in the morning, tried to contact the hotel shuttle service without any luck. Walked the short distance to the motel which wasn't great given the length of our flight. Staff weren't interested in our issue. Room was good, clean and comfortable.
