Brand new hotel . Was spotlessly clean. Our room looked like it hadn’t been used. Perfect after a late night flight. Easy check in . Helpful staff. Breakfast was a little pricey at $40 ph. No a la carte. There is a cafe to the right of the entrance which we would have used had we been advised.

No visible way to Hotel from Airport
We arrived close to midnight knowing that the Hotel was close to the Airport. Without a car there seemed to be no way to get to the Hotel from the airport. Waited around the Hotel Shuttle pickup point for an hour after not been able to contact the Hotel but no Shuttles arrived. We were so frustrated.

My husband got food poisoning from the pasta and had to miss his flight to LA the following day. Had to stay another night at the hotel as he was too weak to go any further. He told the staff about the food poisoning and they did not seem to care.

A Good Place to Stsy
My wife and I chided to stay here after we arrived in Melbourne at 1:00am for a holiday. It was much better than I thought it would be and the staff were all very friendly. We'd stay there again.
