Very standard facilities - It was a shame the pool was not on site, but had no issues accessing from the Melbourne City Baths. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom did have black mould along the grout at the bottom of the shower which was a shame. Outside of that, I would return. Thanks

Super good location within CBD … QVM just around the corner & it’s walkable to many main shopping malls. We booked a family suite for three adults & the room is quite spacious for 6 luggages :) Highly recommended especially for those first time to Melbourne.

Jasper Hotel was quiet and safe. Really needing up vamp as the carpets are old, paint in the rooms old and linen tired. I asked for a blanket and had to ask again an hour later. An old tired looking blanket arrived. Breakfast I had to wait for an hour and reminded staff of the long wait. Eventually they apologized stating the order had been forgotten. Improvement needed with staff engagement. Felt like an inconvenience!
