We found the hotel to have very comfortable beds. We chose the hotel for room service but we didn’t have our phones and so I was told I’d have to walk downstairs at night to go the the bar and order. It was in full nightclub mode and I couldn’t hear much. Bartender was great BUT reception could have dealt with it by saying they’d get us a menu. We’d just returned from a taxing hospital visit and didn’t need to be ‘dismissed’ by reception staff. Too many other options for accomodation for staff to handle it this way.

The stay was nice but the bathroom door wouldnt stay closed and kept sliding open, and one night reception helped us microwave food and then the next night they refused to help us.

Terrible admin staff
24th November when I checked out , 2 admin guy were very rude. I asked for the invoice under my company firstly he refused to do it. And started showing me attitude and misbehavior. I’m a regular customer there and he says we don’t need to see you again and also refused to give me his name. It’s not acceptable I’m going to write on their google page and feedback. They need to choose their staff carefully. Admin people are the face of the company. I’ll tell all my employees not to use their service anymore. It’s a shame such a nice hotel that has terrible staff. He was bullying. I was about to call the police but I was in rush so I left. İ will take further action and call their directors.
