I only spent a night here and it was very average experience. The room was basic levels of cleanliness, however the shower had a brown coloured residue over the tiles which made it feel like it hasn’t been properly cleaned. There was quite a bit of noise in the hallway over night, and when I opened the door in the morning it appeared as if someone had vomitted on the hallway floor, and it had only partially been cleaned up.

It was a lovely new hotel. Staff were all polite and helpful. We didn’t sleep well bc we were unable to turn the air con off in our room and it was far too hot. But everything else was fantastic

Me and my family stay here every time we go to Melbourne and we enjoy everything about our stay! The customer service is great, there’s always parking and it’s free. The rooms are clean and have a nice view, the buffet breakfast is lovely.
