Family Friendly!
Very friendly staff. Clean & big room. Breakfast was very good & their made to order eggs was amazing. Kids loved it. Parking is AUD 25 a day with lots of parking space.

Worst experience in 30 years
The check-in took extremely long, ~25 minutes. The shampoo bottle did not function during my stay. It was very noisy. There was a door between the two rooms and there is a big gap under the door. The lady in the next room made phone calls from 11pm to about 3am. I called the front desk. They came up with a security person, but it did not help too much. During the check out two breakfasts were artificially added to the bill.

Room was fine, nothing special. Good location with meals available Had issue with parking where ticket didn't get authorisation at reception and had to wait 10 minutes for attendance in carpark. I really think this hotel being out of the city should have free parking included. Was very surprised it was $22 extra.

We stayed at this hotel as it was nearby to a wedding we were attending. It didn’t have much that was in walking distance though in the way of shops or eateries. The whole shower situation wasn’t good at all with the water temperature fluctuating constantly from cold to scalding hot- very dangerous for children or the elderly.
