The staff are great and helpful the food was very good everything else was a bonus and we were happy , and it was near a lot of the things we needed to get done around the area.

Loved the place easy access to restaurant the room was good and comfortable and clean. Only thing I didn’t like was that the shower arm and head kept coming out of the wall

there has a liquid waste truck at 7.30am to pump out grease trap the truck stop right out side the window of our room. the stench went right through our room and made my wife and I feel rather sick witch spoiled our stay immensely.

Great location for our Mornington trip. Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of dining and bars to choose from within walking distance. 2 minute walk to the beach. Only issue was with our TCL smart TV and Netflix shutting down every 15 minutes, so couldn't even finish a movie, which was frustrating. TV aside, no hesitation staying here again.

The room and ensuite were both spotless and the complimentary bar fridge was generous. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the blinds were effective. The noisy patrons in the car park and the excessive revving of cars and motorbikes till gone 1am in the morning disturbed an otherwise lovely stay.
