A few little issues. No bags in bins, tv remote didn’t work. Phone in the room didn’t work. Restaurant was overcrowded at breakfast and the food was either cold or there wasn’t enough. No cups for coffee or juice.

The staff were terrific people who were helpful and friendly especially the man in the parking garage... I won't give you a list of the things that are wrong with it but if you can find another place to stay go there instead. I suspect this hotel is being run right down so they can flog it off.

Have stayed here twice. Good option if you like somewhere central to cafes, theatres and shopping. Not a great hotel but a good one nonetheless.

The rooms was great and the overall aesthetic is very nice. However the entrance to the hotel is painful and limited to only one slow and busy lift. The room was miles away from the guests lift too.

Customer service and check in excellent Rooms and eco bathroom products good Breakfast fresh omelette made by chef excellent Unfortunately dinner was inedible Ordered pizza as we often do Vegetarian capsicum and zucchini tomato on top weren’t cooked just sat on top like a salad base barely cooked disappointed as we gave eaten here many times Kids meals were fine
