Needs some attention
We were given a room that the swipe card didn’t work. It took 3 staff to try and resolve and they ended up changing our room. Another couple had the same experience for the room as we did no more than hour 1 later. The electric blinds didn’t work, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly with dust collecting in the corners of the bathroom. The mini bar had the draw front broken off and placed in the cupboard.

Stayed here for a conference at the convention centre and couldn't have picked a better spot. The convention centre is conveniently attached to the hotel by a walkway making it easy access with the unpredictable Melbourne weather. The club lounge access was definitely worth getting and the barista made coffee was great in addition to the club food options which were delicious and fresh. The Club was also very spacious and child-free after 5pm which made it pleasant to catch up on work and relax with some wine after the conference with amazing views of the city. Plentiful alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to choose from including cocktail specials each day. The Club had a relaxing vibe to it and was the perfect option for relaxing while traveling solo on a work trip. Appreciated the room upgrade too. Professional check in staff and lovely porters. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again, especially if I was down in Melbourne for a conference at the convention centre.
