The staff are very professional and helpful. Be warned that the sound and traffic noise from Russell Street can be heard from the rooms at the front of the hotel, so if you are a light sleeper, you may need to request a room at the back of the hotel. Highly recommend the rooftop bar!

Love the QT. Great location, fabulous rooms. Also had immediate check in even though I arrived a few hours early which was a welcome surprise as I'd just come off a 15hr flight.

I had a generally good stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed to find that I was charged for an extra bottle of water from the minibar that I didn’t even open. Aside from that, everything else was fine.
