A great location and a preferred stay for AFL weekends given proximity to Marvel Stadium. Quiet area so you need to get into CBD for food, shopping and entertainment. It is only a short walk from Spencer Street station and convenient for Skybus users.

Upon arrival the sliding door not working to come to the lobby . Toilet in apartment was not cleaned. Apartment is outdated and would require lift up. Furniture is low cheap. Will not be returning to this property.

Enjoyed a remarkably quiet weekend since there was no footy at the Marvel Stadium opposite. Few dining options nearby, but a short walk to Southern Cross Station or the free trams and Melbourne's your oyster. Friendly accommodating staff.
