Nice hotel close to shops and restaurants and friendly and helpful all the workers , only two things I don't like the carpet in the room is very dirty and needs to be cleaned by a professional carpet cleaner even the smell is bad and the sofa bed also can't be used it's very dirty and the mattress is not comfortable to sleep on it very old .

Location, people, place , cleanliness, quality and security were terrific ! Only negative was too noisy in the front rooms for me. Moving to the back was a great improvement. My adult child didn't want to leave...me either ! WELL DONE QUEST !

My brother was staying at the nearby hospital and it was within easy walking distance. The food place nearby was also so handy and you didn’t really need to think where you would eat. The location was fantastic.

Amazing- friendly helpful staff. I booked extremely late online and when I arrived I asked for extra bedding as I had an unexpected family member travel with me. Being so late they couldn’t find me an upsize but they were just so apologetic they couldn’t change rooms as they were fully booked. It didn’t matter, the 3 of us slept compfortably in a king size bed. The area was AMAZING. Everything you could think of is a 4 minute walk, dining, shopping, cinema, time zone for kids, excellent takeaway service from near by restaurants. I can’t praise it enough. We will be back!
