Good spot for SA travellers
Good reasonably priced hotel for South Aussie travellers. It's positioned in an area that's easy to access from SA without having to do much Melbourne driving.

Stayed in a studio apartment. Brilliant location as I was attending a conference at Moonee Valley Racecourse which was literally on the other side of the road. The room had all needed amenities and was well stocked for 2. The kitchenette had a microwave, kettle, stove top and fridge. The room had a reasonable size TV and basic toiletries. The only problem with the Quest is the lack of sound proofing. I barely slept due to hearing surrounding neighbours walking above on the floors above, putting on their bathroom light (thus setting off the exhaust fan), slamming doors. This did not make for a restful experience- esp once the workmen joined in with making noise from 6:30am. I have stayed at another Quest before in a noisy location and never heard a peep. This Quest really needs to invest in sound proofing all of their rooms.

Nice quiet place, close to everything. Shower was hard to use, nowhere to put the soap or shampoo, only on the floor. But we would recommend it and go there again

Excellent location - directly across from the Moonee Valley Racecourse (had a function there). Just a short walk to a pub and plenty of dining options near the junction. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were terrific.

We had a great stay just miss communication about room service. The booklet said no room service sundays and public holidays which is fine. But no service on the Saturday as it was a long weekend. Wouldn’t stay on a long weekend again for that reason.

Great for one night's stay in Melbourne. We got an Uber into the city which was easier than getting a public transport card as we were only there for one day.

Needed somewhere to stay a night while repairs were completed at home. Arrived late and tired. The main bathroom stank of sewage and there was the same smell from the kitchen sink. Paid a premium rate for 1 night to feel like I slept in a sewer.
