The Comfort Apartments were perfect for a family. Half a block to the Melbourne Museum and just a quick stroll to Lygon Street, it was perfectly located. Hats off to the staff who let me know I'd left my credit card in the room and organised a pick-up. Highly recommend.

The location is great, and we were able to walk around the city; we didn't even need a car or a tram. There's a tram station close by if you don't want to walk so much. The apt is not new, so don’t expect a renovated walk-in shower. Actually, the bathtub was a bit slippery, so be careful if you travel with kids or elders. There aren't a lot of kitchen appliances or supplies, but we got by with what we found there. Also, the laundry was really helpful. Considering the price of accommodations in the city, it was ok, the only thing that really bothered us was the shower/ slippery bathtub.

Very dated. Would not want to stay longer than 1 night. Bed hard, bedrooms need blockout blinds, was like daylight through the night. Bathroom needs revamp. Booked for two couples but only had enough lounge seating for 3. Had to pay for 2 car spaces, not secure parking, just regular motel spaces.would not recommend. not secure
