The hotel was excellent as her majesty's theatre was across the street from exhibition st, there was a communication problem with one of the female staff, i did not know her name but when i told her i was seeing a show at 2pm, ill check in afterwards, not knowing self checking in by screen in lobby n debit card myself means im already check in, n go up to the room! This lady didn't understand what i was talking about as a non Australian! But it was not her fault, i talk to someone else who fixed it n room was great! It was hard to leave the bed, very comfortable n soft pillows! Really good buffet breakfast too!

The room was nothing like what was pictured on the website. There were NOT enough elevators to serve the size of the property. Waiting over 30mins for an elevator empty enough to get on is not ok for the cost of the hotel.

Aside from the Cole’s/woolies self check in/out and having to find your own way, it’s a really clean, modern and nice place to stay. Breakfast is really nice, room spacious and bed amazing. You don’t get any of the trinkets (hand cream, tooth brush, sewing kits) that other equivalent hotels supply but aside from that, would definitely stay here Again.
