The Langham was absolutely beautiful to walk into, the staircase was amazing. The staff were amazing. The only thing that could use a little work is the menu in the bar as most of the small bites were seafood which is not helpful if you don’t eat seafood

The hotel is well situated and clean and comfortable. The service was average. Our room wasn't serviced for 3 days and I had to ask for it to be done. Other hotels do this daily. One of the breakfast services was poorly staffed having to wait over an hour to be served coffee.

Absolutely lovely staying at the Langham - with an amazing breakfast extra attentive staff and our comfy bed with a very clean room. The only feedback I will pass on is check in was supposed to be at 3 pm and our the room was not ready till about 7.30ish pm. Nothing was offered in a way of compensation for not having our room ready- otherwise a great stay
