Expansive, picturesque views over the sea toward Phillip Island create an ever-changing outlook for this peaceful property. This downstairs apartment with spectacular views and small deck, is perfect for the weekend getaway that you won’t want to leave.
This apartment shares approximately 1 acre of landscaped gardens - tall trees, lawns, pretty mixed borders, ornamental ponds, a prolific fruit orchard and vegetable garden surround the house, creating a secluded, private haven with plenty of native birdlife and within easy walking distance of popular Point Leo beach.
You are greeted to an open plan sunlit room, comprising of lounge area with TV and Coonara to keep you warm in winter and a split system to keep you cool in summer, small kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge, kettle, toaster and a few small amenities, separate bathroom, king bed to enjoy the views over the treetops to Phillip Island. Lovely deck to sit and watch the sunset.
BBQ not available to apartment guests
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short drive will take you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries that are on offer, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.
Linen and towels are provided, BYO beach towels.
