What a disappointment! Set your expectations low. Location is great but that’s the only positive for this hotel. Rooms are old and dirty. Hair in the tub, dirty carpet, elevator broke while inside. Oh and the window washer at 8:00am with no notice from the hotel so we could close the curtain. They need to completely remodel the hotel and get a new GM to train their staff. 3 star hotel in a 5 star location. What a shame.

We stayed over Melbourne marathon weekend and it couldn’t have been better. Staff were great despite the busyness, the bathroom was HUGE. Really lovely hotel, definitely stay here again.

Great city position. To the staff member who organised our room when my wife was not so well, a very big thank you. Service in all areas ot the hotel were very good. Extra or suitable seating at checking in would be of benefit.

The Westin is one of the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The staff are accommodating, and High tea and Breakfast are very appetising. Great location close to everything in the heart of the Melbourne CBD.
