Check-in assistant was unhelpful and uninterested. When we entered the room we notice some rubbish had been left under the bed from previous guests. Buffet breakfast was ok.

Check in was terrible one of the two ladies at the front desk repeatedly kept stopping to check people in when the line was over 10 people deep to serve snacks , when we finally did get to the front desk she kept repeating herself , also didn’t register our room key properly so when we finally did get up to our room the key didn’t work so we had to go back down and go through it all again

Conveniently close to Southern Cross Station and Tram stops, a good base to explore Melbourne from. They even kept our luggage safe on the day when we checked out, as we were not leaving till that night on the train, so we could enjoy the day without having to lug our cases everywhere.
