Pros - location, new hotel, comfortable beds Cons - dirty - marks on mirrors, toilet paper wet, dusty hotplate, dirty coffee machine with 2 x pods for 3 guests x nights - unfriendly front desk who offered no comment to feedback when asked and politely provided Would highly suggest to book elsewhere if you have the option, it’s Melbourne!

The hotel is within walking distance to every thing that the city of Melbourne has to offer. There is a free shuttle that can save you quite a bit of walking around the city, but if you don’t mind short walks, you can easily get around by foot to the restaurants and attractions.

Good, clean, modern hotel in a great location with super helpful staff; thry hide the iron and ironing board though - it's not a big deal but you will return to reception to ask about if you need an iron on your first stay there.

Great place to stay. I arrived on Monday and left on Wednesday, so Uber drop off and pick up were super easy. Kitchen was adequate. I'd love to stay here again, perhaps for a bit longer to enjoy the cafe's and shopping.

This hotel is so clean it smells welcoming every time you walk in. Rooms spacious and comfortable. And the staff was second to none…I would say the best staff experience I have had at a hotel. This is right next to Victoria market and train is half block away. A .
