So central to local shops, supermarkets, cafes, public transport, laundromat, lake. Housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms not soundproofed, as suggested, no specific smokers area, which meant guests could smoke outside their room, which me our room absorbed 2nd hand smoke. Bare minimum crockery . Disappointed no laundry facilities.

The drain plug in the ensuite needs some attention as it doesn't allow the water to drain out fast enough. Disappointed that there is no separate dishwashing area.

The location and room was perfect for our holiday; however access to the property is challenging with entry only from the east. Exiting the property at peak hour is daunting with a lot of traffic with the only exit onto the main road. Staff were very friendly and helpful, however office hours need to be extended for early leavers. Would stay here again.
