I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, I was greeted with dirty glasses and towels in the room, which was off-putting right from the start. The biggest issue, however, was the shower faucet. It was broken and would only provide extreme hot water or lukewarm water. Despite multiple conversations with the front desk regarding the issue, it remained unresolved throughout my stay, leading to constant running water that was both wasteful and frustrating. Due to these maintenance problems and the lack of effective communication from the staff, we decided to check out early, which was disappointing as I had hoped for a more enjoyable experience. I would suggest the hotel address these issues promptly to prevent future guests from encountering similar problems.

We have stayed before. We live close by and do a night every once in a while, for access to the pool. The pool area was awful. The stairs are broken. The hot tub not hot the pool was cloudy. There aren't enough chairs and or tables near the pool even though there is space. The staff is not slow and not helpful. The room was dirty. The water control handle in the shower fell off.

We've stayed here before. Only issue on this stay was that housekeeping removed towels and onlyleftone bath towels. We had to call upon our return at after 10:30 p.m. We waited more than 1/2 hour to have someone bring us replacement towels. Also controlling temperature was hit or miss. Facility may be showing it's age.

It was a place to stay.
Hotel has some age to it, but it's holding its own. Very clean and attentive, friendly staff. Stayed twice recently. 1st time next to elevators and listened to hydraulic pumps all night. This stay I listened to every toilet flush in the neighboring rooms. Minor inconveniences I know. Good food and drinks at the bar.
