BLOOD stains on bathroom walls and door, MANDATORY room checks between 9-10 am EVERY morning, RUDE staff, TRASH all over the exterior and disgustingly dirty interior. FALSELY advertised property, this is not a “new property” it’s extremely old and run down. The photos listed are NOT of this property, the rooms look nothing like the photos. They do NOT have dbl queen rooms, the beds are much smaller, tag on mattress shows it’s a FULL, not a queen and manufacturer date ‘05. No compensation or refund for the falsely advertised rooms. I travel a LOT and this is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they will not compensate or refund once they have your money, they will lie to your credit card company if you try to file a claim for the scam they are running. Just please don’t go here for any reason whatsoever. It’s SO bad, for the love of god don’t ever stay here. The good reviews of this place are FAKE, no human would ever leave a good review of this hell hole.

Two seperate times someone entered my room while i was sleeping early in the morning. I booked and paid for a king bed and when i got to the property i was told there were none available. The curtains were broken so it was super bright in the morning. And when i told the receptionist about all of this, she said sorry ill have someone look into that and did nothing. Terrible stay.

Spacious, very clean, comfortable room and furnishings. Practical, good size refrigerator. Easy and secure parking space. Excellent customer service. Facial renovation is currently is process, but there was no inconvenience and didn't effect my stay. Looking forward to see it's completion. Would only recommend a baggage cart in lobby, for transporting guest luggage from vehicle to guest room. Good Luck ! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Needs Improvement
Needs improvement. My room was not clean when I arrived and was told to explain to housekeeping what needed to be cleaned. I did so, and the room was still not cleaned properly. This issue made my stay very uncomfortable. I think this place has potential and it looks like they are trying to renovate and make improvements but the rooms need to be cleaned properly by experienced, professional cleaners. Customer service all around needs to be improved and they need to actually CLEAN the rooms.

Great service had reservations at another hotel we pulled into that hotels parking lot at 1st glance knew we didnt wanna stay there. There pics def arent what they seem. Went to studio 6. Sevice was great got us in a room right away. Entered the room and it was surely nice and clean and everything was fantastic for sure. No troubles or distuebances. Enjoyed are stay very well.

This property was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying anywhere the building smelled like cigar and black and milds as soon as I walk in , my room was clean but my comforter was dirty and something but me on my arm not to mention all kinds of people walking around the hallways all times of the night
