we enjoyed the stay. The photos don't do justice. the property is well furnished and decorated. We stayed midweek so we were able to get metered parking. The property does have an elevator. That was a plus being on the 3rd floor. easy property access. Overlooking a park from the balcony. easy walk to Peabody to watch the ducks. Thank you

Perfect Memphis Stay
Great condo. Nicely decorated. Stunning high-ceilinged, spacious LR. Lots of seating. Windows overlooking park. Well-outfitted Master BR. Bathrooms and kitchen...everything was clean and modern...felt new. Owner helped us with instructions for arrival. Elevator. Secure building. We were comfortable in the city neighborhood, but some might not be. You have to figure out parking. People in Memphis were very friendly. Overall great stay!

Great Memphis Penthouse!
My wife and I spent 3 nights here and just loved the property. It was quite big for just the two of us and could easily host a family or two couples. We used the kitchen for making coffee and breakfast. The expansive living room with the skylights is just so awesome. Easy to walk to many restaurants and to Beale Street area. This was our first time in Memphis and glad we had this place to call 'home' for a few days.

Great Memphis Stay
Location was close to lots of bars and restaurants. There was lots of room for the 4 of us and everything was extremely clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Had plenty of privacy with the 2 master bedroom/bathroom locations.

A delightful condo right downtown!
What a great place! You never know what you’ll get when you book something you’ve never seen, but this was a real gem! So clean, bright and comfortable! Very well furnished, beautifully decorated and very convenient to attractions downtown. Perfect for 2 couples traveling together! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely PERFECT!
I won't have enough space to rave about this place. Contact with the owner was instant, he was an absolute treat to deal with. Condo was clean and Gorgeous!!! Bright rooms, super comfy lounging area, way-funky furniture, excellent comfy beds. Walking distance to the main Street where the bars are. This place could not have been better!! We cane to Memphis for my wife’s birthday. The Penthouse was perfect. The decore was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect. We loved how close it was to Main Street. It was a little over a block to Flight were we went for dinner. The walk to the Orpheum was short as well. We will definitely be back. Thanks for making our birthday celebration perfect.

Beautiful property
The park across the street seems a little seedy at night however, it did not deter us from walking down Main Street. Excellent location, though for restaurants, Walgreens, and just a short walk to Beale Street about a half a mile. We love the house. The only thing we noticed was there were no luggage racks to put our suitcases on.

Fantastic, modern condo with very convenient location
My wife, children, and I had a very pleasant stay at this condo for four nights. Jon was great at communicating with us, and check-in and check-out were smooth and uncomplicated. The location of the condo is great in terms of convenience, though this comes at the cost of it being in an area where I wouldn't walk around outside late at night. Parking can be tricky, but there are several public garages within 2 blocks where you can make a reservation in advance to ensure you'll have a place to park. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely choose this condo again if in Memphis.

Great Spacious Place
Jon's place is in a great location in downtown Memphis. I was able to walk to all the places that I wanted to and the penthouse was not only clean but very comfortable. There's a lot of room to just lounge around and I love all the natural light that comes into the penthouse. Jon was easy to work with and I would recommend this to anyone coming to Memphis!

Perfect Apartment and Location
This was the best apartment we stayed in during our 3 location trip. The place looks just like the pictures. We were very happy x2 beds and x2 bathrooms perfect for us. Location is a short walk to many of the popular areas. Quiet location. Would definitely recommend. Only very minor observations the number above the front door does not stand out at night when we arrived. A list inside of the apartment with restaurants, supermarket suggestions etc. would have been useful for us
